ORANGERY EXTENSION WITH RETAINING WALL

A large orangery extension with a GRP flat roof and a contempory anthracite aluminium lantern to give added light to the large room.

BUNGALOW EXTENSION AND ALTERATIONS

An extension to an exsiting bungalow to give more living space and major alterations to the dwelling comprising of a new pitched roof over an existing flat roof with vaulted ceilings, numerous velux windows to give plenty of light and tohe removal of internal walls to give an open plan feeling.

BUNGALOW EXTENSION

A rear bungalow extension built using bradstone tool faced walling with a monocouche coloured render above to match the existing dwelling to create an extended kitchen, utility room and family room.

RECONSTITUTED STONE EXTENSION AND ASSOCIATED WORK

A new extension built over an existing building using reconstituted stone to match the dwelling comprising of a master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, en-suite shower room, office and family room with associated work to the existing kitchen.

SIDE AND REAR EXTENSIONS TO AN EXISTING DWELLING

The removal of a dated garage, rear storage area and conservatory to allow the construction of a two storey side extension with a single storey rear extension to provide a master bedroom with cloakroom facilities, extended kitchen, utility room, shower room, family room and attached garage.

COMPLETE BUNGALOW RENOVATION AND EXTENSION

A complete renovation of a dated bungalow with a large rear extension comprising of kitchen, utility room, dining room and garage. New U.P.V.C. windows, doors, fascia and soffits have been fitted throughout the property and with a new GRP flat to the extension makes this bungalow a very low maintenance property.

SOLID OAK VERANDA WITH A GRP ROOF

This customer commissioned a solid oak veranda to the rear of the bungalow to give some shade to the rear rooms from the summer sun. To make the veranda virtually maintenance free the flat roof covering is made from GRP which provides greater durability and longevity than standard bituminous felts and all the softwood used was cladded in white U.P.V.C. which would also allow more light into the rear rooms on gloomy winter days.

BUNGALOW EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT

A single storey extension with pile driven footings, garage conversion to a spacious kitchen, refurbished throughout to include a new master bedroom with en-suite facilities, electric underfloor heating with solid oak flooring, oak framed veranda with a double glazed roof and a solar panel system for hot water.

BRICK WORKSHOP

Brick built workshop with a glass reinforced plastic flat roof and U.P.V.C. door and fascia boards for low maintenance.

SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION

New extension built to the rear of the property using bricks to match the existing building. Golden oak U.P.V.C windows and doors are installed with complimenting golden oak fascia boards and soffits. Inside the ceiling is vaulted to give height to the rooms and light comes flooding in from the three velux roof windows.

DOUBLE STOREY REAR AND SIDE EXTENSION

New extension to rear and side of an existing dwelling to create two extra bedrooms with en-suite facilities, new kitchen, dining room and family room.
